Calogel AM

As soon as you get up in the morning, you are advised to take three gel capsules. You are allowed to eat breakfast an hour after ingesting the gel capsules. In order to achieve optimum results, you should take this morning gel capsules together with Calogel PM or night loss.

Ingredients of Calogel

Actually, Calogel contains CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid). This compound works by reducing fat and helping to develop lean muscle mass. This improves the ratio of fat versus muscles as well as the collagen which is a protein. Other components include Beeswax, Safflower Oil, Aloe Vera, and Lecithin.

CLA is a decent ingredient. However, the other ingredients are mainly fillers and will not help in losing weight or burning fats.
