Sea Thin is a weight loss supplement that has fat burning properties. The main ingredients in this product are brown seaweed and an active compound called fucoxanthin. These two ingredients help in oxidizing fat and converting energy to heat.

Fucoxanthin is a compound that is proven to be an effective fat burner. In addition, it can also help in lowering the levels of cholesterols. This is truly a good ingredient; however, the only problem is that Sea Thin uses a proprietary blend. Proprietary blends are not bad, but the specific amounts of ingredients are never mentioned and the levels may be too low to even provide the desired results.

If seaweed is used alone, tons of seaweeds are needed in order to achieve weight loss. In addition, fucoxanthin is bound to the seaweed proteins thus make it hard to absorb upon consumption. No one knows is there is an extract included in this product that would aid the absorption of fucoxanthin to achieve weight loss.

Sea Thin sure does contain a good ingredient; however, since it is composed of proprietary blends, no one can be sure of the concentrations of ingredients present in the product. One bottle of Sea Thin costs $40 which is quite expensive for a product that doesn’t even have any proof to back up its claims. Obviously, this product is not recommended.
