What is SesaMax?

Actually, SesaMax is a supplement based on sesame seed oil. This product also includes a compound called sesamin. Sesamin has a chemical known as lignan that works like estrogen which helps in reducing fat. Sesamin is also used in other weight loss supplements in the market.

Is SesaMax an effective fat burner?

Sesamin is known as an antioxidant; however, there are not enough studies to back up the claims of this ingredient in terms of fat loss. As a matter of fact, there are no controlled studies done to prove the claims.

Ingredients of SesaMax

– Omega 3, 6, and 9 Fatty acids – These fatty acids are quite good especially omega 3 and 6; however, including omega 9 in the ingredients doesn’t make any significance because in the first place, this isn’t even an essential fatty acid.
– Flax Seed Oil – This is also a good source of lignans just like sesamin.

These ingredients are safe and natural but little is known about its connection to fat reduction. There are no clinical studies or investigations that can back up the claims of sesamins or lignans when it comes to fat reduction and weight loss. Fatty acid such as Omega 3 is good for the health but the concentrations present in this product are insignificant and it has nothing to do with weight loss.
