Can you lose weight with Tonalin?
They claim to have the most effective and highest form of “conjugated linoleic acid” or “CLA” available on the market. First of all, what do they mean by these terms? And how effective is Tonalin? Let’s see what we can find out.
Conjugated Linoleic Acid – what is it?
CLA, as they refer to it, is non-essential fatty acids obtained from dairy products and meat. Mostly in animal meats like cows and sheep that chew their cud. These animals have a high concentration of CLA.
Some studies maintain that there is a correlation between the use of Congested Linoleic Acid and the reduction in body fat mass in overweight and obese people. But these studies have not been well substantiated by all research.
CLA and Weight lifting
They state that CLA is equally effective in losing weight and gaining lean muscle mass. Of course, this benefits mostly those who lift weights or frequent the gym, but those who don’t exercise much or even lift weights this product is ineffective because their body will maintain the fat.
Is Tonalin the best form of Congested Linoleic Acid?
Actually, Tonalin’s version of CLA is quite standard even though they were the first to use CLA. There does not appear to be much difference of CLAs. Most types of Tonalin seem to be the same.
